Forming part of the £3bn regeneration programme of the Titanic Quarter site in Belfast, the £97m Titanic Signature Project is the cultural lynchpin of the overall development, bringing together the history, the culture and the engineering brilliance that made Belfast the centre of excellence for its world renowned shipbuilding industry in the last century.
The scheme will provide a diverse range of accommodation on over 12,000m 2 of floor space, with two levels below ground and six levels above. A variety of galleries, exhibitions and attractions will offer the visitors a truly wonderful facility of international significance.
The construction of this unique project commenced in 2009 and is scheduled to complete in 2012 to celebrate the centenary of Titanic’s maiden voyage.
